I will say that when I first reached out to her, I was blown away by how responsive and on top of her game she was! This was my first time selling a house and she was great at explaining the process and walking me through each step. Sarah also did a remarkable job marketing my house! I believe she was on every site possible to market my listing. She definitely takes her work seriously. Sarah was extremely detailed and the time she took taking the listing pictures to show off the house was great! My house sold in record time (-7 days) and at a great price considering other homes listed at the time of my sale. I am happy that I had a great realtor like Sarah for my sale. It definitely made the process a lot easier. I would definitely refer her to a friend.

"Sarah was awesome. My wife and I were first time buyer's (and that can be overwhelming), but Sarah's level of knowledge and professionalism was a tremendous help. She always seemed to be a phone call, email or text message away. Always had accurate and prompt information. Sarah took to heart what we were looking for, and really went the extra two thousand miles to make sure we OK. Sarah made us truly feel we were her only clients (still trying to figure out how she does it). We love our house, and recommend Sarah highly for anyone buying or selling a property."

"Sarah was/is fantastic. We relocated to Chester County from South Jersey and she not only patiently answered all of our questions, but went out of the way to highlight places in the community that would interest us. She also got us the best deal possible on a wonderful house. Trust me, you DEFINITELY want her in your corner when buying or selling a home. "Sarah is a great Realtor and was the reason my home there in PA sold in 45 days. She took me through the steps of prepping my home, had a full array of contacts to do the work with an eye to ensuring costs were kept to a minimum and that the work was done correctly. Once done we listed the house and within two days it was under contract. From start to finish she got it done and the house sold!! If I were you I would use a professional like Sarah to sell your home and I because I am a Realtor here in Florida. Hire her!! She will sell your home."
